How do I schedule a pick up?

We can also help you schedule over the phone if you call in during our Service Centre hours.

Please note that a valid credit card is required for all Laundry Delivery Service orders.

What is the turnaround time?

It will depend on what you pick for a return delivery date in the scheduling tool,(https://www.roundaboutlaundry.com/schedule) but turnarounds for pickup and delivery can be as quick as two days.

Question 3

Is there a minimum order size?

Accepted Answer

You can submit any amount of laundry, but we charge a minimum order fee, regardless of what you're sending in.

Wash & Fold orders (by weight) are subject to a minimum charge of 10lbs, even if you send in 5lbs. Bulk items are charged by the piece.

Question 4

Do I need to be home during pick up and delivery?

Accepted Answer

Nope! Just leave your laundry in the designated spot (you can leave us notes), and we'll handle the rest. When we deliver, you'll get a notification for confirmation. You can have us leave it somewhere discrete like in your garage or around the side, out of sight.

How should I prepare my laundry for pickup?

Accepted Answer

The easiest thing to do is to seal it up in garbage bags for your first order. We'll return things to you in personalized, reusable heavy duty laundry bags so your next order is even easier.

Can I provide specific washing instructions?

Accepted Answer

You can set your preferences when setting up your account. Things like detergent type, dryer sheets, wash temperatures, and dry temperatures. Sorry, no hang dry options (yet)!

For delicates and formalwear, we recommend Dry Cleaning which is coming soon for pick up and delivery.

Question 7

What happens if an item is damaged or missing?
