Terms of Service

Roundabout Cyrville Inc. (d.b.a. "Roundabout Laundry" and "Roundabout Lockers") provides professional laundry and dry cleaning services to our customers. Our Terms of Service ("Terms") are designed to ensure a delightful and consistent experience for all of our customers, by helping us to maintain (1) service quality standards and (2) safety for our team and customers.

By engaging our services through our service desk, website, or mobile application, you accept and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

Updates to these Terms

We are constantly trying to improve our services and your experience as a customer, so these Terms may change along with our Cleaning Services. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time, but if we do, we will make sure to send an email to anyone who has given us permission to do so.

If you don't agree with the new Terms, you are free to reject them. Unfortunately, that means you will no longer be able to use our Services. If you schedule a pick-up or otherwise engage in our Cleaning Services in any way after a change to the Terms is effective, that means that you agree to all effective Terms.

Customer Account

The information contained in your Customer Account will only be used by Roundabout Laundry. We do not sell, or provide to third parties, our customer list or any information provided on the Customer Account. While you are an active Roundabout Laundry customer, we require you to keep the Customer Account current. The Customer Account enables us to better serve you by (i) processing your garments in accordance with your preferences; (ii) contacting you about garment problems; (iii) sending special promotions; and (iv) processing your credit cards.

Your Customer Account is not to be shared with any third parties or individuals from a different household. You agree to keep all information accurate at all times, in order to receive proper service.

By creating a Customer Account and engaging Roundabout Laundry for Services, you also consent to being contacted by automated text messages, email, and customer support phone calls with information about the Services and your Customer Account.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning result, please notify us within 7 days of delivery or in-store pickup. We will reprocess the order at no additional charge.


For delicate items, heavily soiled items, or items with existing wear, damage, or colour instability, there is an increased risk of damage or discolouration. We will notify you if elevated risk is identified before proceeding.


Some stains cannot be removed without damaging the garment. In those cases, we will do our best, but cannot promise complete removal for all stains. Some items may be at the end of their usable lifespan or may not be salvageable through cleaning. 

Delivery Service

We offer pickup and delivery within our service area for eligible orders.

Delivery Fee

Delivery is a flat $9.99, city-wide within our service area, which includes both pick up and delivery. Pick ups and deliveries are made during the time window provided when you place an order. Specific timing requests are considered on a case by case basis

Minimum Order Value

A Minimum Order Value of $60 applies to delivery orders. Your order will be rounded up if the total does not meet the minimum.

Missed Pick Up Fee

If you schedule a pick up and do not have your order ready upon our driver’s arrival, you will be contacted via the phone number on file.

 

If we are unable to access or find your laundry within five (5) minutes of arrival, a Missed Pick Up Fee will be charged, equal to the Delivery Fee.​

​

Payment for Delivery Orders

If payment has not been received, the order will be held until payment is completed. Once payment is received, the order will be scheduled for return delivery in accordance with standard delivery timelines.

Unpaid orders are not eligible for return delivery and remain subject to our Abandoned Orders policy.​

Mixed Orders (Laundry, Bulks, Dry Cleaning)

If an order contains a mix of laundry, bulk items, and/or dry cleaning, items should be clearly separated at the time of submission.

If separation is unclear, items will be categorized at our facility based on item type and care requirements. If clarification or approval is required before proceeding, we will contact you using the contact details provided.

Items identified as dry cleaning will be processed as dry cleaning and priced accordingly. Laundry items will be processed as Wash & Fold.​

Delays

Waiting on customer direction or approval may impact turnaround times.

Orders over 75 lbs, bulky items (such as comforters or winter coats), or heavily soiled items may require additional processing time. If a delay applies, we will notify you.

Wash & Fold Service

Wash & Fold service includes washing, drying, and folding of eligible items.

​

  • Orders are processed by weight, not by individual garment.
     

  • Minimum Order Value of 10lbs. Smaller orders will be rounded up.
     

  • Items are washed and dried using standard processes based on the preferences selected at the time of order.
     

  • Customers are responsible for removing pocket contents prior to submission. We are not responsible for lost or damaged non-laundry items left in your laundry.
     

  • Individual care labels are not followed on a garment-by-garment basis for Wash & Fold orders. We assume everything you are submitting is authorized for machine wash, machine dry, and expert human folding.
     

  • We may reject items that cannot be cleaned with our methods, or pose a risk to machines. You will not be charged for anything rejected, unless it brings your order total below the Minimum Order Value.

 

Stain Removal
  • Stain removal is not included as part of standard Wash & Fold service.
     

  • Premium Wash & Fold includes general stain treatment, which may improve common stains but does not guarantee full removal.
     

Items listed under Unacceptable Items will not be accepted for Wash & Fold service.

Dry Cleaning Service

Dry Cleaning is provided for eligible garments based on inspection and care requirements.

​

  • All items are inspected prior to cleaning, with the appropriate cleaning method chosen as recommended by the manufacturer’s care label, or our best judgement where a care label is not attached.
     

  • If an item presents an elevated risk due to fabric type, condition, or soiling, we will notify you before proceeding.
     

  • Some items may not be suitable for dry cleaning or may carry inherent risks even when properly handled.
     

Items listed under Unacceptable Items will not be accepted for Dry Cleaning.

Lockers

Locker availability, pickup schedules, and turnaround times may vary by location. Fixed pickup days at certain locations may affect processing timelines. Locker offerings and schedules will continue to evolve as we expand our locker network. 

Abandoned Orders

We are not a storage facility.

Orders that remain unclaimed for 60 days from the date they are ready for pickup or delivery, whether paid or unpaid, will be considered abandoned.

​

Before an order is deemed abandoned, we will make multiple reasonable attempts to contact you using the contact information you provided at the time of order (such as email, phone, or text).

​

Once an order is considered abandoned, it may be donated or otherwise disposed of, and no refund or compensation will be provided.

​

It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date and to arrange timely pickup or payment for delivery.

Loss & Damage Resolution

Any concerns regarding loss or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery or in-store pickup.

Compensation, where applicable, is limited and based on factors including:

​

  • Proof of purchase
     

  • The cleaning cost
     

  • The age and condition of the item
     

  • The nature of the issue
     

Our standard remedies may include:

  • A service credit of up to three (3) times the cleaning cost, or
     

  • A monetary compensation of up to two (2) times the cleaning cost
     

In rare cases, we may offer an alternative resolution at our discretion based on the specific circumstances.

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, colour loss, fabric degradation, or issues resulting from manufacturer defects or improper care labeling.

Unacceptable Items

We do not accept the following items for cleaning or delivery services:

​

  • Items contaminated with bodily fluids, blood, urine, feces, mold, or hazardous substances
     

  • Items infested with insects or pests
     

  • Items that are excessively soiled beyond reasonable cleaning standards
     

  • Items with unknown or unsafe materials
     

  • Items containing un-removable hard objects or materials that may damage equipment
     

  • Items that pose a health or safety risk to our team or facilities
     

We reserve the right to refuse any item that, in our judgment, presents a safety, hygiene, or equipment risk.

A Heavily Soiled Fee up to 50% of the order value may apply to orders that require significantly more effort to clean than day to day laundry. We will give you the option to proceed before we add the fee.

Promotions & Loyalty Programs

From time to time, we may offer promotions, loyalty rewards, referral incentives, or similar programs. These programs are subject to their own terms and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Warranty Disclaimer

Roundabout Laundry and its licensors, suppliers, partners, parent, subsidiaries or affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, consultants, contract employees, representatives and agents, and each of their respective successors and assigns (Roundabout Laundry and all such parties together, the “Roundabout Laundry Parties”) make no representations or warranties concerning the Services, including without limitation regarding any content contained in or accessed through the Services, and the Roundabout Laundry Parties will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in or accessed through the Services or any claims, actions, suits procedures, costs, expenses, damages or liabilities arising out of use of, or in any way related to your participation in, the Services. The Roundabout Laundry Parties make no representations or warranties regarding suggestions or recommendations of services or products offered or purchased through or in connection with the Services. THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED BY ROUNDABOUT LAUNDRY (AND ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS) ON AN “AS-IS” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. SOME PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL ANY OF THE ROUNDABOUT LAUNDRY PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR (A) ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, ACCURACY OF RESULTS, OR COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, (B) ANY SUBSTITUTE GOODS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR TECHNOLOGY, (C) ANY AMOUNT, IN THE AGGREGATE, IN EXCESS OF ONE-THOUSAND ($1,000) DOLLARS, (D) ANY MATTER BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL. SOME PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR CERTAIN OTHER DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Roundabout Laundry Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages (actual and consequential), losses and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or in any way related to any claims relating to (a) your use of the Services (including any actions taken by a third party using your account), and (b) your violation of these Terms. In the event of such a claim, suit, or action (“Claim”), we will attempt to provide notice of the Claim to the contact information we have for your account (provided that failure to deliver such notice shall not eliminate or reduce your indemnification obligations hereunder).
