You'll be prompted to set your preferences on your first login. You can check or adjust your preferences at any time by clicking Profile > Preferences in the mobile app or via the web app.

NOTE: All Wash & Fold laundry submitted will be processed as per your preferences, depending on what type of service you are scheduling. For individual bulk items, we follow laundry care labels or use our specialized methods when instructions aren't legible.

You can explore available subscriptions and unsubscribe by going to Profile > Subscriptions in the mobile app or web app.

You can edit your instructions for your driver, which will appear on all of your orders under Profile > Change Address > Additional Instructions for Driver. Examples of this could be...

1. "Please ring buzzer 123"

2. "Use the garage, code 1234"

3. "Leave with the concierge"

When your order is active, you'll be able to see its status from your home screen in the app. When a driver is on the way to drop things off, you'll get notified. We will take photo evidence of deliveries and contact you if we run into any challenges.

We have two ways you can build up credit toward free laundry!

1. Earn loyalty points with each order. When these accumulate, you can redeem them for credit toward future orders.

2. Refer a friend through the app, by sharing your code. They'll get the credits right away and you'll receive yours when they place your first order.
