How your order is handled
Every piece is tagged individually when it arrives, and tracked through four quality checkpoints before it goes back to you. Here's what happens in between.
-
Reviewed on intake.
A person looks over each item. -
Inspected properly.
Fabric, construction, stains, and anything already damaged gets noted before we start. -
Prepared for its own process.
Eco-friendly products, and the appropriate method is chosen for that garment's needs. -
Quality-checked before return.
If it didn't come out to our standards, we'll let you know, and try again no charge.
We're a little obsessed with quality. In a good way.
Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you're not happy with the clean, we do it again, free.

We clean wedding dresses and formal wear

A dress is rarely just a garment. It's the one from the wedding, or the funeral, or the night that mattered, and it usually arrives with signs of being lived-in, which the owner may not notice.
Formalwear comes to us stepped on, sat in, spilled on, and hemmed with whatever was on hand at the time.
Old stains behave differently from fresh ones. Sugar and wine oxidize. Deodorant and body oils build up quietly along the seams. Makeup on a neckline is usually three different substances at once.
We've got processes for all of that. Your garments are in great hands here.
Wedding dresses are walk-in only. We want our senior cleaning team to see the dress in person before quoting something final. We'll confirm pricing before any work begins. Plan on three to four weeks turnaround.
We flag problems before they happen
Some garments carry risk that no amount of skill removes.
When we spot something, we talk to you before we start rather than after.

Leather Items
Leather and suede need a specialist and a different process entirely. If it's just the trim, piping, or a patch, we may flag it because often these are made of synthetic leather and get damaged in the cleaning process.

Colour Bleed
High contrast pieces, or hand-made items are the usual candidates. These dyes often bleed fast and furious.

Tears & Holes
Thin seams, small tears, worn spots, we try to photograph these as they come in. If there is a risk it will get worse, we'll contact your for approval before continuing.

Sequins & Accents
Beading, sequins, and embellishments can catch or shed. Particularly when glued on, you may find some are missing. We'll flag risky items to you before cleaning.
If you came to the Service Centre, we'll point these out and have you sign off.
If we picked up from you, we'll contact you for confirmation and next steps.
