While we strive to remove all stains, some may be permanent. Old stains, colour loss from sun or wear, burns, and other damage are not recoverable. Providing details about the stain when dropping off your garment helps us determine the best treatment approach.

While many traditional dry cleaning services do offer alterations, we do not. We're focused on making sure you get the best quality cleaning and laundry services.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee: if you're not 100% satisfied with the clean, we'll do it again for free! If an item is damaged prior to cleaning, we'll flag it to you and may reject the item if we're worried it will get worse during cleaning. Any item damaged or lost by us will be addressed openly and we'll work with you to make it right. This is very rare! Each item is individually tagged for tracking and we have 4 quality checkpoints on each order. But we're human, and mistakes do happen, so give us a chance to turn things around if we ever slip up.

"Dry Cleaning" is often used as a catch-all. We dry clean, we wet clean, we launder. The appropriate method is chosen for your items based on manufacturer label instructions and our cleaning team's deep expertise and years of experience. Leather items, some fur items, and some extra-large items are not suitable for cleaning and should be taken to specialty cleaners.

As of 2026, yes! We provide you with an over-the-door hook you can put out for delivery day. Though if you don't have a sheltered entryway, it's best to be home so your clean clothes aren't exposed to the elements.
