While we strive to remove all stains, some may be permanent. Old stains, colour loss from sun or wear, burns, and other damage are not recoverable.

Providing details about the stain when dropping off your garment helps us determine the best treatment approach.

While many traditional dry cleaning services do offer alterations, we do not.

We're here to make sure you get high quality cleaning and laundry services.

For repairs and alterations, we recommend finding a highly rated seamstress.

If an item is damaged prior to cleaning, we'll flag it to you and may reject the item if we're worried it will get worse during cleaning.

Any item damaged or lost by us will be addressed openly and we'll work with you to make it right. This is very rare! Each item is individually tagged for tracking and we have 4 quality checkpoints on each order.

But we're human, and mistakes do happen, so give us a chance to turn things around if we ever slip up.

Our cleaning partner primarily does dry cleaning, but many items are laundered with special care for stain removal.

They will follow the care label instructions on whatever is submitted. If no instructions are available, we'll get alerted about possible risk and contact you before proceeding.

Leather items, fur items, and some extra-large items are not suitable for cleaning and should be taken to specialty cleaners.

Not yet, but soon! Because we work with a cleaning partner, and dry cleaned items tend to be hung, there are some kinks for us to work out before we can confidently offer this service.
