You may put in a request, which we may be able to accommodate, but our team follows our standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality service.Purple Bags are washed to our Purple Standard, which ensures a thorough clean while helping to prolong the life of your items. You can choose between scented and unscented/hypoallergenic products.Wash & Hang Dry bags are washed cold on a delicate cycle, hung to dry, and air fluffed before folding. Best for your delicate or shrink-risk items.Any bulky or specialty items, or items for dry cleaning, will be handled as per the manufacturer's care label.

On your first order, if you're able to meet our driver (you'll get notified when they're en route), we can bring you bags to transfer laundry over, so you know how many bags you need right away.If you're unable to meet us for the first order, use disposable kitchen bags. We'll combine them in Purple Bags at our facility and call you to let you know how many bags and get confirmation on pricing before moving forward. On this first order, we'll round up or down to the nearest full bag.After your first order, you'll have personalized, reusable bags for future pickups.

Fill it so it still cinches shut. If the opening can't close to about the size of a tennis ball, it's overfilled and a $15 fee applies. We never charge this on a first order, since they often come in disposable bags. We measure these into purple bags at the facility and round up or down to the nearest full bag.

You can edit your instructions for your driver, which will appear on all of your orders under Profile > Change Address > Additional Instructions for Driver. No. Our windows are wide, to plan around traffic, so leave your bags somewhere out of the way and we'll find them. You can share an access code if you're in a building.You'll also get a notification when you're the next stop for a driver, with an estimated time of arrival.We take a photo if you're not home for delivery, so you know your laundry arrived safely.Once it's dropped off, keeping it safe is on you. Same as any parcel.You can have us leave it somewhere discrete like in your garage or around the side, out of sight. Just leave us driver instructions when you set up your account.
