Order details and preferences (e.g. laundry preferences, pickup notes)

Automatically collected:

Cookies, pixels, analytics (Google Analytics or similar) to understand how the site is used

To run the show, we use your info to:

Process orders and deliver your laundry
Communicate via email or SMS (order updates, support, occasional promos)
Support you: customer service, handling questions or issues
Learn how to improve our service using anonymized analytics

3. Who We Share It With

We only work with trusted partners and only share what’s necessary:

Delivery partner: to get your order to the right spot
Dry Cleaning partner: only name and order details are shared, no contact information.
Payment processor: for billing
Email/SMS & analytics tools: we send them your name and email so they can send you relevant messages and help us understand site performance

We never sell your data. The only exception: we may share aggregate, anonymized info (e.g. volume by postal code) with promotional partners, but never anything traceable back to you.

We’ve built basic protections, but, let’s be honest, no system is perfect. We’re constantly improving where we can.

Please note that unsubscribing from text messages will also disable text updates for your orders.

7. Kids & Minors

If you’re under 18, you shouldn’t be placing orders or giving us personal info. If you think we have information on a minor, just contact us and we’ll delete it.
