How It Works (Spoiler: It's Easy)

Everyone starts with a kitchen bag. It’s a rite of passage. 😉

1) Bag Your Dirties

Pack your laundry or dry cleaning items into a kitchen bag, just don’t overstuff it or it might rip!

Skip the hampers and hangers; they don’t travel well.

2) Schedule Your Pickup

Log in or sign up to choose your pickup & delivery times, laundry preferences, and any driver notes (like where to find your bag).

You’re in control of the details.

3) Put Out Your Bag(s)

On pickup day, meet the driver or leave your bag outside. For dry cleaning, we'll provide a door hook you can put out on delivery day.

We’ll be in touch if anything’s unclear, then professionally clean your items and pack it all up for the return trip.

4) It Only Gets Easier

On delivery day, we’ll drop off your fresh laundry or dry cleaning and include a durable Roundabout laundry bag, ready for your next order whenever you are!

What will this cost me?

Our delivery service has two components:

Service Fee ($60 minimum)
Delivery fee ($9.99, includes pickup and delivery)

A typical household delivery order is $80-110.

For Laundry Wash & Fold

Bulk items (duvets, comforters, sleeping bags) are priced individually. Every day clothes, sheets, and towels by weight: $2.39 - $2.99/lb depending on service type.

Each of our laundry bags holds about as much as a standard kitchen bag. On average, that’s around 20 lbs, but it depends on what you toss in.

For Dry Cleaning

We price by the item. You can see a full pricing menu in our app, or a list of popular items here.

You'll get the best value when ordering regularly (save on repeat pickups and with loyalty points!).

Regular / Weekly

Laundry piles up fast! Let us keep it from taking over your life. With a regular pick up, you'll always have fresh clothes without the hassle.

Bulk Items

Some items are too big for your home machine, or require specialty experience. We've got you on both fronts... Comforters, duvets, sleeping bags - we've got something for that.

Catching Up

Fell behind after a hectic couple weeks or vacation? You probably have a million other things on your plate, too... Let's at least make the laundry disappear.

Kids Clothes

If you're reading this, you already know the pain is real. Kids clothes pile up faster than yours, need gentle laundry products, and take forever to fold. This isn't our first rodeo, let us take the lead.

Just NO diapers please!

Family coming over? Don't like folding fitted sheets?

Some people prefer to send just their sheets and towels to us.

Missed Pick Ups

We'll call you when we arrive if we can't find your laundry. Drivers will wait a maximum of 5 minutes before moving on and you will be charged a Missed Pick Up Fee equal to the Delivery Fee for your area.

Life happens... You can cancel up to 12 hours before your scheduled pick up window with no penalty.
