It will depend on what you pick for a return delivery date in the scheduling tool, but turnarounds for pickup and delivery can be as quick as two days.
You can submit any amount of laundry, but we charge a minimum order fee, regardless of what you're sending in.
Wash & Fold orders (by weight) are subject to a minimum charge of 10lbs, even if you send in 5lbs. Bulk items are charged by the piece.

Nope! Just leave your laundry in the designated spot (you can leave us notes), and we'll handle the rest. When we deliver, you'll get a notification for confirmation. You can have us leave it somewhere discrete like in your garage or around the side, out of sight.
The easiest thing to do is to seal it up in garbage bags for your first order. We'll return things to you in personalized, reusable heavy duty laundry bags so your next order is even easier.
You can set your preferences when setting up your account. Things like detergent type, dryer sheets, wash temperatures, and dry temperatures. Sorry, no hang dry options (yet)!
For delicates and formalwear, we recommend Dry Cleaning which is coming soon for pick up and delivery.
